Warranty information

2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Straum warrants our watches, bracelet and its components (including clasp, links, pins, screws), and straps to be free of defects in material and workmanship and to meet the timekeeping accuracy specification for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.

If sending the watch, do not include any packaging you wish returned as all shipping materials might be discarded upon receipt.

  • Please note that the warranty does not cover:
  • Damage resulting from mistreatment or improper use.
  • Wear and tear from regular use and the ageing of accessories.
  • Hardware modifications.
  • Damage from moisture that is a result of opening the watch, broken or damaged components.
  • Unauthorised repairs.

Repairs and returns

Free return policy

Customers have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right to return products and ask for a refund or exchange. To obtain a free return slip, please contact our customer support. For partially fulfilled orders, date of delivery applies to a per-item basis. The items must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of notifying Straum about their decision to return the items.

RETURN ITEMS IN THE CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THEM IN. All items need to be returned unworn, in their original packaging (including protective films and tags attached and in the sleeve cover) and with a completed returns form. If the watch is returned in perfect condition, but the strap has been used or marked, a refund will only be granted on the watch. Please note all returned watches are examined under a high level of magnification to check for surface scratches due to the high polished nature of a number of our cases.

All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging. The original purchase price of the goods will be refunded to the customer once Straum receives the goods.

In the case of exchanges, the replacement product will be sent once the returned item has been received by Straum. Damaged, incomplete, or contaminated items sent by the customer will not be accepted (as they cannot be resold), and no refund or exchange will be given.

We cannot accept returns beyond the stated time frame and will return them to you.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

How to return items

If you would like to arrange an international return, please email support@straum.co before arranging to return the item. Please retain a proof of postage receipt until you’ve been credited for your return. Straum is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Returns usually take 5 to 15 working days to reach Straum and processed within 5 working days of the date of receipt.

If you have not received your refund within 20 days of returning your order, please send proof of postage to support@straum.co and a member of the team will look into it for you. Please note that we will be unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage.
