We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $200 USD.

Delivery & Tracking

All orders are shipped with DHL Express, and delivery typically takes 1–7 days depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from DHL containing shipment confirmation and tracking details so you can monitor the estimated delivery date.

Shipping to the United States (DDP)

• Delivered Duties Paid (DDP): We ship U.S. orders 'DDP' (Delivered Duties Paid), which means you will not face any unexpected customs duties or import charges.
• Sales Tax: Depending on your state, sales tax may be applied at checkout if legally required.
• Refunds & Duties: If you return your watch, customs duties you’ve already paid cannot be refunded. Any duties, taxes, or fees that we've incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Important: U.S. customs officials may require your Social Security Number or Tax ID to clear your shipment. We cannot override or avoid this request. If you do not provide the requested information when asked, your shipment will be returned to us and you will be responsible for any related shipping fees for the return.

Shipping to Switzerland

• We collect Swiss taxes at checkout.
• Orders are shipped via DHL Domestic within Switzerland.

Shipping to the Rest of the World (DAP)

• Delivery At Place (DAP): Orders outside the U.S. and Switzerland are shipped on a DAP basis. You will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges assessed by your local authorities.
• Payment of Duties & Fees: These charges are typically paid on delivery. If you return your watch, we cannot refund duties or other import-related fees, and any charges we incur will be deducted from your refund.

Important: Customs officials in your country may require a Tax ID or similar documentation. We cannot override or avoid such requests. If you do not provide the requested information, your shipment will be returned to us and you will be responsible for any related shipping fees.

For countries other than the United States and Switzerland, we recommend contacting your local customs office for details about potential import duties or restrictions. When ordering from straum.co, you are deemed the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination country. This also applies to customers in Norway.
