Free Worldwide Shipping
For US orders, we ship domestically within the US. For all other orders we ship from Norway. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $200 USD.
Delivery & Tracking
International orders are shipped with DHL Express, and delivery typically takes 1–7 days depending on your location. U.S. domestic orders are shipped with UPS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from the shipping courier containing shipment confirmation and tracking details so you can monitor the estimated delivery date.
Shipping to the United States (DDP)
- We ship U.S. orders domestically, or with 'DDP' (Delivered Duties Paid), which means you will not face any unexpected customs duties or import charges.
- Depending on your state, sales tax may be applied at checkout if legally required.
- If you return your watch, customs duties cannot be refunded. Any duties, taxes, or fees that we've incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Most U.S. orders ship domestically and never pass through customs. If a shipment does cross the border, U.S. customs may request a Tax ID to clear it; the carrier will contact you directly if that happens. Unclaimed shipments are returned to us, and return shipping is deducted from your refund.
Change in Duties:
If U.S. customs duties or import charges change between the time your order is placed and the time it is delivered, we will reach out to you in due time to settle the difference.
Shipping to Norway
- All final prices include Norwegian VAT (calculated at checkout).
- We ship Norwegian orders domestically in Norway.
Shipping to the Rest of the World (DAP)
- Delivery At Place (DAP): Orders outside the U.S. and Norway are shipped on a DAP basis. You will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges assessed by your local authorities.
- Payment of Duties & Fees: These charges are typically paid on delivery. If you return your watch, we cannot refund duties or other import-related fees, and any charges we incur will be deducted from your refund.
Important: Customs officials in your country may require a Tax ID or similar documentation. We cannot override or avoid such requests. If you do not provide the requested information, your shipment will be returned to us and you will be responsible for any related shipping fees.
Customs Policies & Regulations
Customs policies vary widely between countries. For countries other than the United States and Norway, we recommend contacting your local customs office for details about potential import duties or restrictions. When ordering from straum.co, you are deemed the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination country.
