Capturing nature

The Glacier White Dial

Jan Mayen Glacier White manifests the windswept glacier surface of the Beerenberg volcano. The dial's jagged ridges mirror the rugged contours of ice sculpted by relentless blizzards. Delicate vertical stripes come alive under specific lighting, reminiscent of the wind sweeping across the surface, leaving freshly fallen snow in its wake, clinging to every available surface.

Machined from Grade 5 Titanium, the Straum Coupling integrates a push-button quick-release system for fast, tool-free strap changes—seamlessly housed within our signature midlink.

FKM Rubber Bands

The FKM Rubber Bands integrate seamlessly into the case via the Straum Coupling in Grade 5 Titanium. The curved tip follows the wrist’s natural shape, while the raised profile improves ventilation. They pair with the Straum buckle, machined from Grade 5 Titanium.

The Jan Mayen Titanium employs the G101 by La Joux-Perret—an automatic, dateless movement with a 68-hour power reserve. Graded Soigné and adjusted in four positions, it’s visible through a sapphire screw-down caseback.

Manufacturing process

We carefully sculpt every dial detail in CAD software and then CNC machine a series of stamping tools with increasing fidelity. These are then used to stamp brass blanks in multiple stages, adding finer and finer details. Next, we apply multiple coatings, lacquers and fumés to establish depth and dimension. A final layer of clear coat is polished to a glass-like finish, resulting in a truly captivating visual experience. The applied logo and indices ensure contrast and legibility, while the ultra-sharp diamond-cut hands complement the intricately finished watch case. Additionally, all elements are coated with applied Super-LumiNova BGW9 for optimal visibility.
