Straum Introduces Four New Jan Mayen Models Inspired by Arctic Phenomena
Jan Mayen Aurora Sky
Jan Mayen Aurora Sky
Jan Mayen Aurora Sky captures the ephemeral beauty of the northern lights dancing across the sky on a cold winter night. The dial’s vertical linear wave pattern mirrors the rippling lights, shifting in brightness as charged particles interact with the Earth’s magnetic field. Deep blues and vibrant greens emerge as energetic collisions between solar wind particles and atmospheric gases trigger chemiluminescence.

Reviews

"As a long-time fan of both Fratello and the microbrand scene at large, I really dig this latest LE with Straum, a brand that hit my own radar with their previous Opphav line."

“It's all about that dial. It's very unique.”

"It's amazing. I love it. It's like Grand Seiko, but evil."

"The blue [dial] that transitions from a bright azure blue to deeper, darker hues at the edges is simply mesmerizing. The casework is solid, with sharp transitions and attention to detail, like radial brushing on the bezel."
